Rockland County: Concert for Life December 11th honoring Fr. Fidelis

Dear Pastors and Friends of Life,

               On behalf of Eileen Peterson, please place the following information in your bulletins for the weekends of December 4, 2021. I have also attached flyer which I’d ask that you also post at your respective parishes.

               Additionally, please consider having your parish/organizations take out a journal ad in support of the Concert for Life. The concert is to benefit the Mothers and Babies at the Good Counsel Home in Spring Valley, New York. The journal deadline is December 6^th (a journal ad order form is attached.)

Red Rose Rescue comes to White Plains, NY

UPDATE: We will post more information as we receive it.

Yesterday morning at the "All Women's Health" abortion mill on Mamaroneck Ave.

Five or six people entered about 8:30, the police arrived at 8:47 and the pro-life women involved went back out. There were about 20 pro-life supporters outside including sidewalk counselors. The police did not arrest the three people inside until after 10:15. They appeared to be not pushing the issue and were perhaps hoping to talk the three people inside into just leaving. The three were then arrested and carried out, at about ten minute intervals. The last person was loaded into a police car at 10:53.

While this was going on it appeared that only a couple of women entered. Others appeared to turn up and then leave. Some pictures - from outside of course.

There was moderate traffic passing by -

A CFR seminarian, talking to two of the Sidewalk Counselors.

It's now 10:09 and the White Plains police are working out how to handle the situation.

A discussion ensued with the police; would they close the "clinic" for the rest of the day? "no."

However we believe no one else entered.

"McAuliffe’s Abortion Push Failed to Sway Voters in Virginia Election"

McAuliffe - another pro-abortion fanatic Catholic - made protecting and promoting abortion a centerpiece of his campaign.

Republican Gov.-elect Glenn Youngkin won the vote of Virginians who prioritized abortion, exit polling shows, even though Democrat Terry McAuliffe poured millions into advertisements accusing Youngkin of harboring a “far right” abortion agenda.

A Fox News voter analysis released late Tuesday evening found that 5% of Virginia voters cited abortion as “the most important issue facing Virginia.” That group supported Youngkin over McAuliffe by a margin of 12 percentage points: 44% voted for McAuliffe, but 56% voted for Youngkin, according to the poll. 

“Pro-life victories in both the Virginia House of Delegates and the governor’s race are a strong repudiation of abortion extremism that effectively halts the radical pro-abortion legislative agenda in the Commonwealth,” Susan B. Anthony List President Marjorie Dannenfelser said in a statement Wednesday. 

“At the top of the ticket, Terry McAuliffe arguably made abortion the central issue in his campaign, and it failed spectacularly,” she continued. “This is due in part to Glenn Youngkin punching back in his own TV ad and in the debates, defining McAuliffe as the real extremist for supporting painful, late-term abortions.”

McAuliffe poured millions of dollars into ads painting Youngkin and his stances on abortion as “far right”: Three of McAuliffe’s most expensive ads (ranging from $510,000 to $922,000) attacked Youngkin on abortion and aired more than 1,100 times on broadcast or cable television.
