Biden not at Notre Dame commencement after student petition asking he not be invited.

The largest student club on the Notre Dame campus is the pro-life club.  If he had been invited, you can be sure he would have fit it in his schedule. The Notre Dame students have more sense then the Catholic Bishops.

Joe Biden will not speak at the University of Notre Dame commencement ceremony this spring after thousands of students and alumni signed a petition protesting his radical pro-abortion views. The Blaze reports more than 4,500 people signed the petition urging university president, the Rev. John I. Jenkins, not to invite Biden or give him an honorary degree, as is university tradition. “[Biden] rejects Church teachings on abortion, marriage, sex and gender and is hostile to religious liberty,” the petition states. “He embraces the most pro-abortion and anti-religious liberty public policy program in history.”
