The horrific situation of three murders and a suicide is even more horrific.
"He said he was too old to have more children. And when she got home, he not once did anything to help her," said Gary Perez, who went to a Pennsylvania funeral home this morning to make arrangements for his daughter and two grandchildren, Molly, 10, and Gregory, 8. "She was very upset, and she was having difficulty coming to terms with it. When she expressed this to her husband, he told her to 'deal with it.'"

We sometimes lose track of all the work that is being done throughout the country.
Here is a group with a number of locations in a another very pro-abortion state, working hard to build a culture of life.

An excerpt from the text:
The new rule on mandated "preventive services" issued by the HHS "will force Catholic organizations that play a vital role in providing health care and other needed services either to violate their conscience or severely curtail those services. This would harm both religious freedom and access to health care," the statement says. The new rule would force employers to pay for such services as sterilization and contraceptives, including drugs which can induce abortion. As of now, a narrowly-written religious exemption to the rule would apply only to church institutions that hire and serve mostly Catholics and meet other narrow criteria, thus excluding most Catholic schools, hospital, and social service agencies.

Here is interesting information from Tony Feliccissimo.
This is from a Vigil by the Advocates about a year ago - over 100 people have been consistently coming to the periodic PP vigils outside their offices in downtown Yonkers.

See this from the Archdiocese of NY
Dear Pro-Life Coordinators and Friends,
The House of Representatives is expected to vote soon on a significant bill, the Protect Life Act (HR 358). This bill would amend the health care law passed in 2010 to ensure that no federal funds are used for elective abortions, that no insurance plan covering abortion receives federal funds, and that conscience protection laws are strengthened.
While there is no prospect that this bill would be considered by the Senate or signed by the President, it is an important statement of pro-life principles. The US Bishops strongly support the bill.
Please read the information below from the National Committee for a Human Life Amendment, and follow the link to their website to contact your Congressional representative.
Sincerely in Christ,
Edward T. Mechmann, Esq.
Assistant Director
Family Life/Respect Life Office

Dear Friend,
It is now anticipated that during the week of October 11 the U.S. House of Representatives will vote on the Protect Life Act, H.R. 358. Congress will observe Columbus Day on Monday, October 10, but will be in session Tuesday and the remainder of the week.
Please click on the link below to send your Representative this suggested message: "During floor consideration, please vote for the Protect Life Act, H.R. 358, and oppose any hostile weakening amendments. This bill will amend the health care reform law to preserve longstanding federal policies on abortion and conscience rights."
(You will also be able to send a message to your two U.S. Senators, urging support and co-sponsorship of the companion bill in the Senate, S. 877.)
The health care reform bill, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), was signed into law in 2010. The Protect Life Act will bring PPACA into line with policies on abortion and conscience rights existing in other federal health programs. The Protect Life Act would:
Please act today!
Thank you for all you do in support of life!
Sincerely,
Michael Taylor
Executive Director
