Some very sad news: Rev. Valentin Rivera, a strong pro-life advocate from Yonkers passed away last night (Tuesday). You may recall that
Rev. Rivera gave the opening prayer and also spoke at Mayor Amicone's Respect Life rally in January at the Polish Community Center.

Rev. Rivera was a beacon of light on behalf of human life within the Yonkers community. He will be sorely missed. He and his family will be in our prayers. Rev. Rivera, may you rest in the Lord's peace.
