The struggle against the abysmal, coercive pro-abortion New York RHAPP bill continued and continues, with the June 12th RHAPP rally outside of State Senator Stewart-Cousins offices. This was the last Rally before the summer; here are the postings from the prior two -
Over 80 people attended - LifeNet: Prayer Rally Against RHAPP - May 15
And 250 at the first one on April 3rd - LifeNet: Rally against RHAPP in Yonkers
As with the prior two Rallies, there were determined participants and excellent speakers.
The Reverend Samaras Gross of the Hispanic Clergy Organization of NY spoke with great passion against the wickedly pro-abortion Spitzer initiative - which State Senator Andrea Stewart-Cousins is now carrying the water for. She is the Senator who introduced the Bill in the State Senate ...
...As did Fr. Michael Morrow of Yonkers ...
The shofar!
Great turnout for a really BAD bill--it needs to be stopped!

It is an outrage that Stewart Cousins and the unmissed Eliot Spitzer and Malcolm Smith - who should know better - would think that there are not enough abortions in New York State! We need more help for women in crisis pregnancies and more sympathy and love. I am also disappointed in Eric Adams.

A great rally by great people. This is a truly dangerous and irresponsible bill.

This is just TERRIFIC!!!!
We must follow in your footsteps here in Rockland. God Bless you for NOT BEING AFRAID TO GO TO THE STREETS AND PROCLAIM THE GOSPEL OF LIFE!
