As in other countries, doctors willing to perform abortions in Italy are becoming increasingly rare

Catholic World News : Ranks of abortionists thinning in Italy

A veteran Italian abortionist has expressed regret at the declining number of doctors involved in his speciality.

Dr. Mauro Buscaglia told the daily Corriere della Sera that the number of doctors performing abortion is on the decline in Italy. About 60% of the country's gynecologists refuse to participate in abortion, he reported.
